One Year of Wisdom Digest!
Never Stop Learning. Thank you, What's Next? and More...
Well guys… guess what?
It’s officially been one year of Wisdom Digest.
Honestly, that feels surreal to say.
What started as a few thoughts, reflections, leadership lessons, and long-form ramblings has now become a growing community of leaders, pastors, creatives, thinkers, and builders who are hungry to keep learning, growing, and sharpening one another.
And before anything else- thank you.
Thank you to every subscriber who has supported this journey over the past year. Thank you for your grace as I’ve learned along the way, tested ideas, written late at night, explored thoughts in real time, and tried to create something meaningful and helpful.
Thank you for reading.
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for commenting.
Thank you for believing in this vision.
Genuinely, I’m incredibly grateful.
And secondly, a massive thank you to every contributor who has added their voice, perspective, experience, and wisdom into this conversation. I’m humbled by every individual who has taken time to write, reflect, contribute, and strengthen this space with insight and honesty.
One of the greatest joys of this year has been discovering and showcasing just how much gold exists within leaders across the UK and beyond.
There are leaders faithfully building in hidden places.
Pastors quietly carrying revival in difficult ground.
Creatives reshaping culture.
Churches innovating in fresh ways.
Worship leaders asking deep questions.
Builders refusing to quit.
And the truth is: we have so much to learn from one another.
At times, leadership in the UK can feel fragmented and individualistic. But there is so much we can learn from each other!
I believe that the Kingdom grows stronger when wisdom is shared. Am I right?!
What Does Wisdom Digest Seek To Do?
At its core, Wisdom Digest exists to build a community of leaders committed to one thing:
Never stop learning.
That’s the heartbeat behind all of this.
I have a genuine hunger to encourage, support, and inspire young leaders, pastors, communicators, and ministry builders who are trying to faithfully steward whatever God has placed in their hands.
Not from a pedestal.
Not pretending to have all the answers.
But as someone also learning in the trenches.
One of the reasons this platform matters so much to me is because it gives us the opportunity to go longer form.
Since the start of this year, I’ve gone hard creating content on Instagram. The response has honestly blown me away. But social media often only gives us snippets. Short clips. Fast thoughts. Moments.
Wisdom Digest allows us to slow down.
To think deeper.
To process leadership.
To wrestle with ideas.
To explore culture, discipleship, leadership, ministry, church health, calling, and spiritual maturity in a way that actually helps people.
Not just content for content’s sake. But practical wisdom. I geniunely believe we should all be on this quest
The kind that comes from leaders who have actually done it.
Those who have walked through pressure. People who have made mistakes. Leaders who are still building. The faihtful who are working faithfully in the trenches.
Because so often, I find myself in conversations where someone asks:
“What would you do in this situation?”
“How would you approach this?”
“What do you think about this challenge?”
“I need help navigating this.”
This was the catalyst for this simple goal:
Maybe we need more spaces where leaders can think out loud together.
Spaces where we can equip one another practically.
Spaces where wisdom is transferable.
Spaces where honesty matters more than image.
Spaces where we help each other grow into the people God has called us to become.
WHAT’S NEXT?!
And honestly? I think we’re only getting started.
There’s so much more I’d love for us to explore together around leadership, revival, discipleship, church culture, spiritual formation, creativity, raising leaders, and building healthy ministries that last.
But I’d also genuinely love to hear from you.
WHO would you love to hear from on Wisdom Digest?
WHAT conversations, topics, or leadership challenges would help you most?
I want to know! so…
Comment, message, tag me- I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts and continue building this together.
Wisdom to Digest
Never stop learning.
The moment we think we’ve arrived is often the moment we stop growing. Stay hungry. Stay teachable. Stay building.
And thank you for being part of this first year of Wisdom Digest.
